Our Fall/Winter 2016 collection is inspired by the wonder of new perspectives. Seeing things from new vantage points results in new meanings - no matter how old.
Our inspiration thrives on the ever- changing imagery of aerial views of landscapes. The geometric yet organic culmination of nature and objects form patterns that inspire the tactile feel of our clothing and give way to motifs drawn from our surroundings.
Our colour story references the primary and secondary colour palettes through its renditions of Berry Purple, Tangerine Orange, Indigo Blues, Mustard Yellow, Ash Black and Indian Red.
The silhouettes are layered, with soft structures and texturised through the use of hand embroidery and fabric manipulation techniques. Patterns are created on the garments through patchwork, applique, quilting and clamp dye techniques. The fabrics used are Handwoven cottons, Pure Silk and Linen.
